Requirements & Description

Experience:

• eCommerce/retail (minimum 3 years) – e-marketplace experience preferred
• Project management
• Negotiation & strategy experience preferred
• Campaign planning & marketing
• Client management
• Managerial experience is a bonus
• Digital/social marketing experience is a bonus
• eCommerce supply chain experience is a bonus

Education:

• Bachelor of Business or Marketing or Statistics from a Top Tier school

Key Success Factors:

• Excellent communication skills – internal & external stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Hands-on, takes initiative and is adaptable
• Experience in negotiation tactics & ability to influence
• Detail-oriented and can foresee potential gaps in execution
• Experience in eCommerce processes including marketing & operations
• Proactive and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Confidence & a go-getter attitude
• Less senior candidates can be considered for Assistant Ecommerce Manager role
